Full Time CNC Operator Required

Experienced CNC operator 

Job Summary

Due to retirement Clements Engineering Ltd are seeking an experienced CNC Operator with good experience of CNC) Turning, Milling and Boring machines together with proven mechanical fitting skills. Additional experience of NC machining would be an advantage.


1.       Manufacture and repair of parts, CNC turning lathes.

2.       Working overtime subject to workload.

3.       Provide cover during staff holidays.

4.       Workshop based.

5.       Training in new techniques / skill sets as required.

6.       Incremental pay structure.

The company offer a competitive starting rate, dependant upon experience (days only, no shift work).

Other benefits include 28 days paid holiday including bank holidays (increasing by another 1 day per year for every year worked up to 5 days after 5 years).

This is a great opportunity to work in our long-established engineering business offering a variety of machining work in our Bedfordshire workshop, overtime as required. You may also have opportunities to enhance your skill set with further training.

Our company have a thriving mechanical engineering workshop in Bedfordshire, enabling us to provide a complete marine sterngear engineering service for our clients. Hours of work are 07.30 to 16.30 Mon – Thurs, Fri 07.30 to 12.30, with overtime available,

Minimum Manual Machining
